Practice with others

Practice storytelling techniques with other change-makers and receive valuable feedback.

Learn the science

chemistry, sociology, psychology and culture behind storytelling.

define your audience

learn their desires, challenges and tell your story for them.

Storytelling is a form of communication that can be learned through training, planning and practice; and all organisations can benefit from storytelling.

1 HARMONY, COLLABORATION AND ACTION

Imagine everybody at work participates in preparing a unique collective story and work towards telling it in their own departments. Can you imagine how much harmony, collaboration, and action it can create within the organisation?

2 DISCOVER AND CRAFT YOUR UNIQUE STORY

The ones who know the story of an organisation best, are the ones devoting all their time, energy, intellect, creativity and skills for this organisation. Hence, they tell the most valuable stories through their personal experiences in the past, from ideas and questions concerning the present, and from a personal vision about the future.

3 EFFICIENCY AND  COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Imagine everyone in your organisations, knows the best way of communicating their specific task, data or project. How much time you can gain?

I would recommend Organisational Storytelling Training to other NGOs. It was helpful in terms of group bonding and creating awareness on the feelings you can lead to with your story. And to differ stories that lead to an action and those that don’t. Exploring our feelings was my favourite part.
